We do not collect your payment details, only a payment identifier and part of your card number to help recognize the card used for the last transaction. Full banking details are collected only by our PCI-DSS certified payment service provider to ensure payment security.

- Location data: You have the option to share your current location via your phone or browser settings to find a nearby ESSENTIAL PARFUMS center.

- Usage data: We collect data on user interactions with the application and website, including access dates and times, pages visited, and browser types. These data are collected automatically via cookies. For more information, please read our Cookie Policy.

Our services are not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect information from minors and do not request any data from them. Any person providing information to ESSENTIAL PARFUMS in the context of an order declares they have reached the legal age of majority. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without parental or legal guardian consent, we will delete it. Please contact us at the details in Section 8 if you believe we have collected information on a minor without proper authorization.

3. WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

If you create an online account, your personal data is retained as long as you use our services through your account. Your data and account will be deleted if:

- You choose to permanently delete your account or if we delete it per our Terms of Use; or

  • Newsletter subscriptions:

Data is retained until you unsubscribe via your account or the unsubscribe link in newsletters. If no customer account is linked to your email, your data will be deleted three years after your last interaction.

  • Payment card data:

These data are not retained beyond the transaction by default. Our payment service provider may archive data for 13 months (or 15 months for deferred debit cards) for dispute resolution purposes.

  • Accounting and tax data:

Retained for the legally required period.

  • Opt-out list management:

Retained for three years from the exercise of the right.

Your data may be retained longer for legal compliance or dispute resolution. Once no longer necessary, your data will be deleted or anonymized.
